CCA Industries Sells Bikini Zone Brand to NFI

Bristol, TN-based owner of Blue Emu takes over specialty skincare brand in a deal that includes inventory and IP.

NFI, LLC—owner of the Blue-Emu topical pain relief brand—has acquired specialty skincare brand Bikini Zone from CCA Industries.  Bikini Zone was sold for $2.5 million plus inventory at cost for an estimated $243,000 and includes all intellectual property pertaining to the Bikini Zone brand, according to CCA, which said it will use the proceeds to pay off its outstanding line of credit balance of approximately $1,241,000 with the balance to be used for working capital purposes. “We ar...
